Cong. Albee Benitez graced today the 26th National Convention of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA), where he stressed the need to maximize government lands for in-city housing for informal settler and low-income families to close the housing gap. He also emphasized the importance of creating a Department of Human Settlements and of strong multi-stakeholder partnership to address the country's housing needs.
