Rep. Albee Benitez led members of the House Committee on Housing and Urban Development in inspecting NHA housing sites in Eastern Samar today. In dialogues with Yolanda-affected families from 11 towns in Eastern Samar held in Guiuan, Hernani and Balangiga, Rep. Benitez lamented the slow implementation of NHA housing projects in the province and tasked the NHA to fast-track said projects for the benefit of long-suffering Estehanon families.
