Front runners in the delivery of basic health services in the communities are the Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) who almost always brave the sun and the rain, on call 24/7 to reach out to those in dire need.

Recognizing the BHWs dedication to their work and their need to improve services, Cong. Albee facilitated donation of Blood Pressure Apparatus to BHWs in 100 barangays in the Third District.*
