State of the District Report


Cong. Alfredo Benitez presented today (October 13, 2016) highlights and milestones of his three-year ( 2013- 2016) second term as Representative of the Third District of Negros Occidental and the roadmap of priority development programs and legislative initiatives for his third and last term (2016 -2019).

The State of the District Report held at the Silay City Civic Center was attended by members of the tri-media, local government executives of Victorias, Silay, Talisay, EB Magalona and Murcia, and all the punong barangays of the District.




Also present was Vice-Governor Eugenio Jose “Bong” Lacson, Bacolod City Congressman Greg Gasataya, VictoriasMayor Francis Frederick Palanca, Silay Mayor Mark Golez, Murcia Mayor Andrew Montelibano and EB Magalona Marvin Malacon.*
