Pagcor senior high building inaugurated in Silay

THE two-storey 10-classroom building for the Senior High School students of Barangay E. Lopez National High School in Silay City donated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor) was inaugurated Friday, August 19.
The unveiling rites was led by Pagcor assistant vice president Arnel Ignacio of the Community Relations and Services Department, representing Pagcor chairman and chief executive Andrea Domingo, Third District Representative Alfredo Benitez, and Silay City Mayor Mark Golez.
The blessing of the building was officiated by Fr. Ermin Bimbao of the Barangay E. Lopez Parish.
Silay City Schools Superintendent Neri Anne Alibuyog led officials of the Department of Education who witnessed the turnover.
Also present were Silay City Vice Mayor Joedith Gallego, Engineer Esther Miranda of the Department of Public Works and Highways 1st Engineering District, and barangay officials led by Councilman Joseph Emong. (PR)
