Cong. Albee talked about priorities for his third and last term as Third District's Representative - to target more beneficiaries for health services through the Negros Occidental Comprehensive Healthcare Program or NOCHP; strengthening of the educational assistance program and widen reach of the Alternative Learning Boards or ALBs, more farm to mill/market roads, bridges and flood control systems under infrastructure, and implementation of the integrated Metro Third Solid Waste Management Program through a waste to energy technology.

A phone patch interview was also facilitated by radio station DYEZ through Elmer Ubaldo in the 7 pm program "Firing Line" hosted by Art Tayhopon. Among issues discussed with Cong. Albee were the status of the move to retain the Negros Island Region, and updates on initiatives to address the national housing backlog in the country under the House Committee on Housing and Urban Development that he chairs.*
