Congressman Alfredo Benitez recently led the turn-over of irrigation facilities to the Farmers-Irrigators Association of Barangay Lopez Jaena of the Municipality of Murcia, with the National Irrigation Administration-Negros Occ. The National Irrigation Administration-Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office recently turned over irrigation facilities to the Barangay Lopez Jaena, Murcia Farmers-Irrigators Association headed by its president Danilo Morales and vice-president Marlon Cosadio The signing of documents was led by Third District Congressman Alfredo Benitez, Negros Occ. Vice-Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson, Vice-Mayor Gerry Rojas, and Punong Barangay Hernan Alintana. NIA was represented by acting division manager Engr. Isaias Melendez. Also present was Dr. Francisco Benitez.
