SEVENTEEN residents from various barangays in E.B. Magalona town, Negros Occidental are undergoing Hilot Massage Wellness Training under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda) which was facilitated by the office of Third District Representative Alfredo Benitez.

Among those who trained were housewives, out-of-school youths, professionals, vendors, and laborers.

The training conducted by Malou Ramirez and Elmor Lucatin will continue for 18 weekends starting September.

Partnering with Tesda, Benitez brings the Special Training for Employment Program of the agency to as many communities and constituents in need in the Third District. (PR0
