Board approves consultancy of Benitez, Cui

THE Provincial Board of Negros Occidental has approved the consultancy agreements of former Third District Representative Alfredo Benitez and Marton Cui in the administration of Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson.
In a resolution, the provincial board approved the authority of Lacson to sign the consultancy agreements of Benitez and Cui.
Benitez was hired by the governor as consultant for economic affairs while Cui, former chief of staff of former Rep. Julio Ledesma, will be consultant of the governor for hospital operations.
Both consultants will receive P1 per month as compensation.
Meanwhile, the SP also approved the authority to sign of Lacson to enter into a lease agreement of various office spaces for use as temporary office spaces for various departments and offices of the provincial government of Negros Occidental.
The departments and offices were previously located at the Provincial Administration Center which will undergo renovation.
The Capitol will lease office spaces in the following buildings and their respective monthly rental rates:
CAPGEM MPC - P157,000/ month (Oct 1,2019 - Dec.31,2019)
Reina LKC Corp - P182,600/month (Sept.1,2019 - Dec.31,2019)
426 Holdings Inc. - P85,688.06/ month (Oct.1,2019 - Dec.1,2019)
LOC Development Corp - P68,992/month (Oct.1,2019 - Dec.31,2019)
Lopues Mandalagan Corp. - P683, 197. 56/ month (Aug.1, 2019 - Dec.31,2019)
Rojas Real Estate Co. Inc. - P246, 010.24/ month (Aug.1, 2019 - Dec 31,2019).
The PAC will be demolished to give to a multi- million commercial building of the Dynamic Builders under a build -operate and transfer scheme for a period of 25 years.
A new PAC will be constructed at the back of the building.
